Shower Faucet Valve Replacement

I have a Moen single handle shower faucet valve with a fused stem that was leaking.  Despite my efforts, the stem casing cannot be removed (even by threading) and I have a screw lodged inside the valve.  I don’t want to mess with the piping myself, so I need an affordable plumber to buy the materials for me in Home Depot and install the valve, preferably during the weekend.  I’ve included pictures.  Please send quote electronically first.  Thank you.
