Need person to take my trash from my place dumpster 1/2 block away

Looking for someone that can come M-W-F at 4-4:30 (days and time negotiable)  to take my trash to dumpster that is 1/2 block away.  I'm recovering from a broken knee so don't want to risk falling.  Looking for consistent, reliable person so I don't have to arrange each time.  Its usually 1 bag and sometimes flattened boxes. 15$ each trip.  Thanks
