Needing person(s) to clean snow off section of roof

Townhouse, 2nd to last unit has snow on 2nd story roof. Roof area is approximately 10ft x 12ft. Accessible via alley way. Alley is not plowed and spacing will be constrained. Ladder is also required. Images of back of home and rooftop area is provided.
