I need a new roof and don't want to overpay

My roof is leaking and I have had several contractors out to give me quotes. I am looking for good work for a low price. I am in a small two story townhouse.  You may need to replace 10 or so pieces of plywood. I am not looking to break the bank....I am not a rich man,  PLEASE HELP 😄
