Tesla Help (windshield and Roof)

On October 10, 2025, my Tesla Model Y was hit by a deer, damaging the windshield, panoramic roof, and rearview mirror with the camera. The previous body shop disassembled parts of the interior but never started repairs, even though Progressive Insurance already made the first payment. The car now needs full replacement of the windshield, panoramic roof, and mirror/camera assembly, plus calibration of all cameras and sensors. Please also inspect for any glass or moisture exposure inside the cabin and restore the vehicle to full OEM standards.
