Landscape lighting repair an enhancement

Hello.  We just moved into an older house that has an old landscape lighting system where numerous components do not seem to be working.   Looking to salvage what we can and augment where is is economical.   There are two large lights on the back of the house that are so dim it is hard to tell they are on unless it is fully dark out.  The ground lighting point at the tree is almost as dim.  The light up in the tree does not work at all, neither do the ones in the brick wall.  We are open to suggestions on how to best leverage what was there.
