Dog Sitter/walker

I am looking for a dog walker/sitter for three dogs.  I would like someone who can walk my three fur babies at least three times a day while I am on travel.  It would be great also if an overnight stay during travel days is an option in an emergency situation.  I'd like someone who has experience in walking large dogs and caring for senior dogs as well.  At least two references would be appreciated.
