Carpet removed and tile installed in a basement room approximately 200 sqft

Have a small basement room that currently has carpet, scope is to removed carpet and install 12X24 tile provided to include grout.  Pics attached and room includes a small closet that runs the same width of the room at it's back.  Also want carpet disposal included.
