Licensed contractor for Garage Laundry room renovation

My project will include (but not limited to) removing and replacing old drywall and insulation on back wall of single car garage. The wall is approx. 6.5 ft long. Remove tank (40 - 50 gal.) water heater and install a tankless water heater. Water seal the new wall and probably the concrete floor. Build a subfloor (maybe heated??) over the concrete. Build a wall and doorway w/door approx. 4 ft wide that leads to where the car is parked. Run a vent to the new room for HVAC (jumped off kitchen vent about 8 ft). Install flooring over subfloor.  May add shelving or cabinets and a folding table dependent on cost. We are open to suggestions.
