disassembled Need help replacing heater core - dash already disassembled

I know I probably went about this the wrong way, but I need help swapping out this heater core. I have the whole dash disassembled, and I'm having issues getting the HVAC box up up. I've been following a YouTube video that shows you how to do it without disassembling the AC lines which probably wasn't the smartest thing to do so I'm just looking for a little help.
