Garbage disposal replacement

Need new disposal installed and possibly new PVC pipe .  I have the new disposal already.  What is your estimated cost for labor and possible PVC pipe replacement?  Of note,  all the PVC pipe does not need replacement and no leaks.  The leak is coming from the second side of the sink and may not even be the PVC but the drain.  Thanks
