Introduction

My most recent experience as a kitchen supervisor at Volunteers of America. I worked there for 5 years. I gained & sharpened key skills such as management, food and customer service, computer programming (Microsoft office, typing, documenting), and inventory skills. Supervising a kitchen required a lot of cleaning and sanitation. This was my favorite part of my job. I’m a 32 year old, hard working, single mother of 2 daughters, who motivate me to thrive and succeed at anything I do daily. I practice quick study and am excellent with attention to detail and time management. I am beginning a culinary arts program in January 2026 and would like to use my education to thrive in my work ethics.
