Low Hot water Pressure


Problem with the hot water line 

Not the Hot Water Heater

Tested pressure coming out of the Hot Water heater from the out spout on top of the heater and pressure is good coming out of the water heater.

Cold pressure is good throughout the house. Tested by attaching cold water line directly into the hot water house pipe line to test and it still had low pressure to bathrooms.

Hot water heater is on the 3rd floor. Copper pipes. And some pex in Bathrooms.

Problem with low pressure on the 2nd floor and 3rd floor

1st floor is fine but could be because of gravity.

Need help finding out how to see where the problem is.
