Looking  for a reasonable  priced handyman  to fix 2 closet  doors. The doors no longer stay on the track and wont slide side-to-side. The track appears to be very worn out anyways, so i would like it replaced.
In additon, I have multiple projects that I will need completed in the near future, so i would like to find someone who can complete a variety of different projects when i need to have work done. PLEASE PROVIDE ESTIMATE WHEN RESPONDING.

MOVING SOFA AND CHAIRS AND DISPOSING OF RECLINER SOFA

Hello  I have a sofa and two chairs which need to be moved from a condo in NW Baltimore 21215 and delivered to (and put inside of) a house in Abingdon, MD 21009.  It takes 2-3 days notice for the condo association to approve the pickup and you can only come and get it between the hours of 10am and 2pm - we would be using their freigh elevator. Also, it can only be done between Monday and Friday - no saturday or sunday.  Once you get to Abingdon, you would put the two chairs and sofa picked up in NW Baltimore in the house and take the existing (black) sofa/recliner out and dispose of it. There are 3 steps plus a landing to get into the house in abingond and the sofa/recliner stays on the first floor.   Pictures are below - please give me a quote - thanks

Trim is 2..5 " high...I;ve put one coat of paint on trim already.  Needs a second coat... paint trim in living room, dining area, hallway, kitchen.  rooms are small, and only two short walls in kitchen and hallway.  I am paying $100.   I live in Leisure World in Silver Spring, Maryland
