Install finished flooring that matches the grey color wood scheme of existing flooring including transition(s) and one step. Approx 500-600 sq ft.

Repair the bottoms of the damaged drywall and put in insulation where needed

Replace crawlspace door latch.

Secure the existing siding that's loose in a few places and replace pulled siding
