Hi there!  Michael here.  I wanted to see if anyone is taking on new clients for house cleaning services.  I live in Oakton, VA, right off of Chain Bridge Road. It's 3 x story, 4 x bedroom, 4 x bathroom, 2300 sq ft townhouse.  Do you perform the following services?  

  1. Clean/vacuum/swiff or wet-wash floors?
  2. Wash dry laundry? Fold laundry?
  3. Work around pets in the home?
  4. Remove trash etc. ?
  5. Vacuum carpets?
  6. Address stains on carpets?
  7. Load/wash/dry/put away dishes?

Is there a way to get an estimate for House cleaning every other week? (twice a month) Thank you so much for your help! Please let me know if you are interested in taking me on as a client.

Find a window leak or possibly replace wiindow

Currently have a second floor bathroom window leak and can't locate the source of the leak. Located at the base of the window on the inside. Patched wall, caulked the window on the outside. Leak is not as bad but patch is wet when it rains.
