Person experienced in encapsulation for small job in Winchester

Not a basement. Small , but irregular open space between top of wall in unfinished room and garage. We use  NO spray foam, foamboard or any products containing VOCs. We will supply products, but need someone who can air seal contaminated space with plywood, plastic, mastic tape, glue. Some one creative and gets it.
