Need experienced reliable contractor to remove remaining cinder block wall between garage & laundry room, rebuild it, install drywall, & move/restore electrical and plumbing relating to washer, dryer, & laundry tub. Existing washer & dryer must be removed, some tile requires restoration/replacement & drywall will have to be installed & painted. Rebuild/install door between garage & laundry room. Laundry room is approximately 8'10" x 10'10".
