Moving Boaxes from a 5 foot high space

I have fifty or maybe more light weight boxes from a 5 foot high basement to the family room   One would need to walk through the 5 foot space for about thirty feet. I was thinking that one could take plastic garbage bags and load them up to make the job go faster.
